They guy that gave us the tour knows really knows a lot about the story of the house and the family. We had just moved here when we visited Lilian Place and he also recommended us some other interesting places to visit in the area. We really appreciated it.

Yes. The teas are well attended so make a reservation
When we went in March it was $1800 for the Venue. They have someone that caterers but also said we could use some one outside if desired. I suggest to go take a look at it first
