Next level PC is just that!!! I brought them a box of random computer parts and within a few hours I got a call that it’s up and running! Knowledgeable, punctual, and great communication. Mike truly is a master of his trade in custom PC building! The price was right the quality and turn around speed is unbelievable super easy location to get to. Don’t hesitate to call them. Best place for all your pc needs in vallejo and surrounding cities hands down, Mike is extremely professional, polite and is very knowledgeable in what he does. Not to mention the extremely reasonable prices up to half off of what I would have been paying at geek squad or anywhere else! He even saved me almost $200 by recommending an alternative windows key for only $35 and it worked! He cable managed my pc and cleans (removes dust) from my pc everytime I go there for routine check ups, case swap, basically anything I bring in my pc for without asking. I wouldnt dare take my pc anywhere else because I know Mike will take care of it and at a good price!

After going through the long process of researching and acquiring the parts i wanted for my pc, I found myself at a sort of impasse in that I was nervous handling pc components I had never worked with before. I was referred to Next Level PCs by a local computer store owner, and needless to say, my newly built PC is working perfectly, and the assembly job was done with a high level of quality. The combined hardware and software installation took a little over 24 hours, which was a surprisingly fast and very convenient turnaround time - my computer was completely ready to go when I brought it home. The owner even went so far as to suggest parts for future upgrades based on the hardware i was already working with, and that level of help cannot be undersold. In short, the service provided to me was quick, done very well, at an affordable price, and with the utmost attention to my build in particular - even offering to install an additional fan i did not know I needed. For anyone who wants to make a custom PC but cannot build their own due to time constraints or otherwise, or anyone who needs help with their computer troubles, I cannot recommend this enough.
