I very much appreciate the customer service given by Scott. Very nice! Now, Uhaul.com (not this location) changed my reservation pickup location and emailed me instead of a call or text. So I came here to pick up my 26’ truck, and it wasn’t here. Ugh. Had to pick it up on Buckley. Blame goes to Uhaul.com, not this specific location.

If I could give this place a -5 stars I would. I made my reservation IN PERSON and the same woman was there when I came by to pick up my van. I had called the day earlier and asked to change the time form 9 am to 10 and was told it was no problem. When I came to get the van she said I had no reservation. Then she said it was at another location 10 miles away (according to her "10 minutes." I saw a Van parked and asked if I could have that and she said it was reserved for an hour and a half later. I suggested they let me have it and go get the other one since it was "10 minutes away" and I was on a very tight schedule. She said "It's not my problem, I don't work for U-Haul. Take it up with them!" My advice, Steer clear of this establishment.
