Beyond Upset With The Outcome Of This Hair . I Have 2 Other Hair Shops I Usually Buy From But Since They Didn’t Have My Style/Length At The Time, I Thought I’d Give The “HerImports” A Try! I Really Regret It ! After Wetting &Weaving It In, It Started Drying Out , Getting Puffy And Shedding Like Crazy ! Smh . Anyone Know Of A Better Spot For A Quick &Better Purchase ?!

It saddens me to do this review. I got this hair premium curly years ago I loved it but because of financial issues beyond my control I have not been able to rebuy. Halloween 2020 they had a big 50% off sale. So i jumped on the premium Malaysian Straight 24' 22' 20' and was super excited. Today I got it installed with expectations of being FABULOUS for my birthday hair do BUT the hair is SUPER thin on the end. 😪😪 When i purchased the hair years ago it was full from the track all the way down and GORGEOUS Times sure have changed and so has their hair.I can say the customer service is superb as I remember but I will not buy again. I am so sad. Regretfully I waited all this time for bundles that turned out at the end of the day TOO THIN TO WIN I am on a hope and a prayer it doesnt shed like something terrible

This store is super convenient and extremely top notch & gives you everything you need so you won't have to wait for your products to ship online. Their customer service skills are stellar. They make sure they meet your needs & take the time to help you with your choice in hair or other products. Their Brazilian deep wave hair is my personal favorite but I've purchased body wave from them as well. The hair always lasts me well over a year so I would say their hair is reasonably priced as well. Her imports is over all the top hair selling company and they deserve the 5 stars their given, you absolutely won't be disappointed.

Before I bought hair from Her Imports I had friends who got their hair from there. The hair never tangled and lil to no shedding. I fell in love with the company then and knew I needed to buy some of my own. TODAY i purchased my hair from you guys!! The associate that helped me was great. He made me feel comfortable,he was super funny, and made the process extremely easy. The hair is amazing quality and I have never been so excited to get my hair done!!
