Quick service and nice staff! Not sure why the reviews are so bad, have you guys never been to Walgreens or Staples?

Good service. But I can't understand the pretend wearing of masks. Waited on me with masks pulled down completely. Another very nice person came to help but pulled down mask to talk. I explained I could understand her with mask pulled up. The whole idea!!! Covid is spreading like wildfire. Owner might want to have mask rules that mean something. I'd sure appreciate it as an over 70 customer. Thank you

I want to highly applaud Gary and his team at this UPS store. I had an unfortunate incident where a package I sent from this store was damaged on the processing line in Commerce CIty, Colorado and some inside items were lost (I was informed via email). When I called them upset about this, Gary and team, despite having no fault at all in this, went above and beyond by calling that facility and me repeated times to find out what happened and see if they could retrieve items for me, and filing my claim. Truly professional and kind, they renewed my faith in people! This is a good store worth going to.
