Rooms were mostly quiet but the shades don't pull shut so you wake up with the sun (6 am, horrible time). Kinda a funky smell to the place. Breakfast was practically non existent. Furniture and walls are in need of repair, repaint, or replacement. Surprisingly, the AC works and so does the fridge. TV only kinda.

This place is dirty, disgusting and smells horrible. We booked a room not knowing and assumed it was downtown so it should be decent. Not the case. We instantly asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. DO nOT stay here. The “fitness center” is a visible storage space. The elevator makes so much noise that it was scary to even take it up 1 level. Outside and inside unkept. Even though this place is $30 or so cheaper than hotels around… not worth the savings.

Very bad place. Despite having a reservation our room was not prepared. Their no smoking policy is a joke, since every room smells like a chain smoker lives in it. They also happen to be near some sort of night club and the noise is loud and goes well into the night. The desk service is terrible. The staff looks unprofessional and don't know how to do their job, not to mention that they are very rude and lazy. I would recommend anywhere else and not here

If I could rate— it’ll be negative Zero. This place is disgusting. Desk service is bad! The carpet was full of pet hair, I called to front desk (housekeeping) if I could get someone to vacuum. The lady said she would call back in 5 mins. No call and no one came to clean. This place is horrible! Do not stay here unless you want bad service all around! We ended up leaving soon after.
