Avoid talking to Cinthia not a good customer service. I have checking accounts and loans with other banks and what a difference! Fortunately, I was able to close my account.

I would get the wire tranfer form from the credit union and take it to your primary financial institution. This is something I have done and would recommend. No questions asked.

I have a loan with your bank, my truck is my question is can I get another loan and add it to the existing one and make a single monthly payment for both.
