Not gonna lie the reviews I saw the day before arriving scared me. But the stay was good. A little smell when you first arrive but rooms had no smell at all and all the sheets were freshly clean and changed. Overall good stay👍🏻

Go somewhere else. While the staff was kind, the room lacked basic functionality (the shower was extremely slow to drain, there are no bathroom fans, no hair dryers), and many amenities are out due to rennovations , including continental breakfast, fitness room, and pool-- yet this is mentioned nowhere online. Our room reeked of cigarettes despite it being non-smoking. I didn't have the time to deal with it, we had a full itinerary outside of the hotel, so luckily I didn't have to stay inside long. You can probably get a cheaper and more functional room at a Super 8 or Motel 6 somewhere.

I would give it less then a 1, but the front desk did cancel the remainder of our stay with no questions asked, they know how bad it is. I could write a paragraph of the deceiving sales practice and initial impressions. However, the whole reason I am writing this is hopefully to save someone else from making this mistake, so I will just hit on the high points. The pictures, adds and amenities ALL lies!!! The hotel is currently under construction (remodel??) so everything is closed (pool, breakfast, vending, lobby, everything except the elevator). Looks like they slapped some paint in the rooms to "refresh" them, but the doors still do not close/unlock properly and the plumbing is horrible (brown water came out of the tub, tub fills with water if you try to shower). Bath towels are actually hand towels (2, they will not give you 3 if you have a 3rd person, 2 per room is what they said their policy is). Trash was overflowing at every entry and when I went to return the room keys, there was a giant pile of French fries on the floor in the middle of the lobby. If you're OK with $35 motels, this may be acceptable. If you want to hotel, go somewhere else. BTW, we called corporate BW, they said we would have to work it out with the local site if we wanted to change properties. That was 15 minutes of our lives we will never get back as well. I don't think Best Western will be an option for any of our future travels.

The hospitality here was amazing! There was an issue within our room, and without hesitation, Steve and Melissa fixed it immediately. Their kindness and service was beyond expected, and our stay was made better, because of them. Steve greeted us by name when we ran into him during the time we were there - it was heartwarming. And Ms. Mary...beautiful lady. We'll be back. Room was clean and big, with good space.
