***update*** I took my car in for an oil change and they talked me into some other routine maintenance. They ended up breaking the dip stick. They did not have one in stock, and they said they would order one and contact me when it came in. A week later no word so I called. 20 minutes to reach a live person and they told me there was nothing in my notes saying they broke my dipstick, but they did have one in stock. She set it aside for me. Thank God when I showed up one of the technicians heard the tale of the broken dip stick, and I did get it for free. It was not in the notes. Also, this was the first time in my life I did not get a survey from American Honda, so I am sure they turned off that feature too. I was not mad about the dipstick being broken, things happen. I am upset they told me they would contact me when the part came in and they did not. I am mad about not putting it in the notes. I am mad about no apology for all of it. I am chalking it up to one very bad day for them and I will give them more chances. I always schedule an oil change and when I arrive I get right in. They have an office area as well as a lounge with Starbucks coffee and cookies for snacks. The car is always washed when finished and I have nothing but positive things to say about Luther Honda.
