There was some confusion on billing and when I brought it upon attention to Gwen the Manager on duty Sunday morning she was more than happy to explain and fix the issue. I really appreciate her kindness as well as the rest of the staff that we encountered. The breakfast is phenomenal as well. Great experience!

The entire staff is so warm and welcoming! The food is delicious and the entire hotel is clean and comfortable! Special shout out to the bartenders/chefs last night for working late and Elmer and Edallia for an amazing breakfast this morning!

Since I read reviews before we booked, returning the favor. Hotel was really nice especially for the price. Free parking, WI fi and a delicious continental breakfast. Food ordered from the restaurant was also good,, bit pricey, but convenient. We were not able to take advantage of the complimentary drinks per adult (non alcoholic or alcoholic) at the evening reception due to not being around during the time. Small pool but kids still enjoyed it. Two queen suite. Enough space for our family of 6 (Small kids). Pullout bed was decent enough for sleeping. Plenty of gathering space in the front of the hotel. Very pleasant staff, whomever was met. Decor/furniture is getting a little worn but still kept up. Only frustration is my digital key never worked for our room despite many efforts of the hotel staff but it worked at the pool and fitness center. Highly recommend getting lunch or dinner at nearby Davannis, a pizza, hoagie, wings semi fast food chain. Deep dish pizza was great, as was the hoagie and wings

I was really disappointed in this location. Front desk customer service was just not there. No smiles. First night, the woman behind the counter was on her phone and didn't acknowledge me when I was looking for the convenience shop. When I showed up another day, a different woman was on a smoke break out front and I had to wait. We checked out early because of all the box elder bugs in our room. The room was not in great shape either. There was a lot of wear and tear. Terrible experience for the price.
