They act like they know that you have to dispute with your credit card in order to get your money back. Tried to upcharge me after I already paid then wanted to be rude and snotty when I ask for a refund I'm not staying here. Don't bother to ask for the manager the rude and snoty one Shelly is the so called manager.

Motel was very out dated, it's like there's no set price for the rooms and there was bed bugs in my room in when I reported it to the person at the front desk she told me it wasn't anything she can do about it and there wasn't anyone I could talk to.

DON’T GO!! IF U GO, PLS GET THE FREE CANCELLATION OPTION! Pros: - They have bed - They have bathroom - Free WiFi Cons: - Smell nasty - Housekeeper try to get in with no knock (Twice!) - Front office did not make us feel welcomed - They don’t have Room Service - Crack on wall - Room look suspicious as if there’s camera - Coffee maker was dirty - Did not feel safe at all - Expensive than other better Hotel Hotel smell was disgusting, smell like cigarettes, smoke, burnt coffee. Only book the hotel for 2 days but got out the next day!. The smell is super horrible and the housekeeper keep trying to get inside our room even though we had the DO NOT DISTURB card. The housekeeper came at 10am trying to come in but luckily we have the top lock so she couldn’t come in, but then later she came back at 2pm and open our door again! No privacy at all! Pls tell housekeeper to knock & ask before entering a room next time! There was a crack on the wall and looked very suspicious and not safe at all. The coffee maker was dirty inside and no one wipe it long time and the coffee not good at all. The front office was a lady and she did not make us feel welcome at all, no smile and feel very sketchy. It was more expensive than other better hotel and I regret staying there.

It's better than nothing considering we were homeless before but I'll add a couple notes to keep in mind. Some cabinets were missing some lamp outlets didn't work wifi usually is at 2 or 3 bars you will get one bar of soap complimentary when you walk in your room when I arrived to my room I didn't have any shampoo except a empty bottle the room is decent and there isn't a overhead light there's lamps as a light. But considering that me and my boyfriend were homeless it's great! A place to shower, a place to sleep, there's light, there's outlets, places to put your clothing, a tv, a fridge, a radio, ac, wifi. FREE BREAKFAST TOO. SAFETY DEPOSIT OF $50 AND $75 PER ROOM OR MORE DEPENDING ON SMOKING OR NON SMOKING. :) Enjoy your stay!
