The staff was limited, the front desk didn't seem to be well trained, but they did work hard to try to help with anything and everything. The person on the breakfast, was always helpful and friendly. The room stank of stale smoke, but it was a busy weekend, so there wasn't anything that could be done about that.

The hotel looks very nice. Aside from a few housekeeping issues such as a dirty shower floor the rooms were ok. Our pull out had no sheets, pillows, blankets. We had to ask for them and all we received was a blanket that was just placed on the front desk for us yo have to pick up. The first night was one of the worst nights sleep I have ever had. There was a group partying next door to us. Loud music, yelling, slamming doors, etc. We called the front desk and they "warned" them. I called a 2nd time and the front desk wouldn't answer when I called on the room phone so I called with my cell phone. They "warned" them again... alas this party was not going to stop and they were still at it at 2:30 am. When I asked the front desk about it in the morning I was met with contention. My suggestion... if you have an issue with noise complaints don't even bother with the front desk just call the cops. The workers here are useless. The breakfast wad also less than to be desired. They have toasters with cream cheese and butter but only offered pre wrapped muffins. What a joke.

It wasn't good. Well the hotel itself was beautiful. Nice room, well the second one was. The first one was still dirty. I asked for a high floor I was put on the 1st flloor instead even after being asked what I refer and wanted, and then when my room got changed I still didn't make it to a high floor. The customer service was HORRIBLE. You smile the workers turn their head hold their nose up. You speak they don't speak back. I'll stick to the Fairfield in Eagan and Plymouth. So much more friendly base.
