I was enquiring about apartments on phone, the leasing agent, Cindy, was very rude. English is not my first language, she was rude and sounded as if she was looking down on me. I liked the apartment in pictures, would not want to live in a place with leasing office agents like that.

we have a noisy neighbour who plays music so loudly and also seems to perform some gym operations as well as we experience the floor to be shaken whenever he throws heavy weights.. we have continuous complaints at leasing office, still no one responds properly and now the leasing office suggests a move out plan to us with paying deposits and the current expensive rent which almost costs us to pay $1000 or more in addition.. so when we have a disturbance with a noisy neighbour and in turn we have to afford extra expenses is what the leasing office suggests.. how fair is this now?? we reached out leasing office for several in person complaints and they have shared the contact number to reach out but never the number is reachable or our emails are responded frequently.

Just extended our stay here for one more year! Nice location, great schools and comfort living. Maintenance and office staff are helpful, responsive. A special shout out to Nina.W, for all your support, flexibility and making it a pleasant stay!

Lived here for 5 years. Nothing nice to say since under new management the last year and a half. We’ve been complaining about the sound of rats in our ceiling for over a month with nothing done and no response to our emails asking for updates. We just got back from vacation and found that our sliding glass door had been left wide open by maintenance FIVE days before our return. We’d also had an unanswered maintenance ticket for a broken shelf in our freezer for over two months. They replaced the entire fridge while we were on vacation and we came home to a disaster/mess (pictures attached). Hundreds of dollars worth of food had to be thrown away because of their complete lack of respect/competency to put things back and it was done six days before we returned. Communication is nonexistent. They do not return emails or calls. It’s obvious they don’t even actually read these reviews based on their comments to Yelp reviews (“Thank you for the positive feedback” on a review similar to this one? Seriously?!) Most of the time when maintenance comes, no note is left, so we only know they were in our apartment because of our ring camera. Carports have been falling over for the last couple years, so some are brand new and many are an accident waiting to happen. When they do fall over, it takes months to be repaired. The rent for living here is not worth the constant headaches when you need help with something. Don’t move here.P
