Wow this place is so cool! I needed to change my address and registration renewal. Dreading the DMV my eyes wandered to this store in the corner of a building on my commute. So I decided to go in and all my problems were solved in a flash. If you need new tags they can get you tags right there on the spot. and as I said I needed an address change too and they took care of that. Very pleased great service friendly and mask appropriate.

Very speedy process, I’ve ever experienced in my DMV auto experience! Also, I don’t remember all staff names but each one working here are so PROFESSIONAL at what they are doing. Nice and patient with their customers!!!

If I could give a 6-star rating, I would. A star for each hour of wait time I was saved!! I was told by the Hayward DMV that I could skip the line next time due to the simplicity of my visit (I just needed to finalize a previous transaction). I arrived before the doors opened where I was promptly informed of the 6+ hour wait time and that ALL non-appointment visitors had to wait. She ended her announcement by saying that NO ONE COULD ASK ANY QUESTIONS and that they'd be ignored if they tried (I tried and was). While slogging my way to the back of the line, thinking about how much of a wasted day this would be, a man from EZ Pay said he might be able to help. At first, it seemed too good to be true, but he helped me get everything squared away just like he said! Don't listen to the mouth-breathers at the DMV if they have anything bad to say about EZ Pay, they've had a bug up their butt ever since the shop was opened. I can't recommend EZ Pay highly enough and am truly grateful for Ishmael and his team! You have literally saved the day!! Keep fighting the good fight and making peoples lives better!

You will need to speak with the DMV. I do not know if they offer any extensions or payment plans. I have been asked this question by some customers in the past but I never did get any of them come back and tell me what they have found out from DMV. They may tell you there isn’t any and not paying your registration would result in the towing of your vehicle.
I think they do also there is a registration place on mission blvd Across the street old libary downtown hayward where i did google review and pictures

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. You would need to contact the lienholder directly for pay-off information. Once the vehicle is paid off, we’d need the title with line 2 signed off by the lienholder or a “reg 166 - lien satisfied” notarized and completed by the lienholder. It must be the originally signed/notarized document (printed/email/faxed copies are not accepted). Once we have these documents along with a bill of sale between buyer and seller we will be able to complete a transfer. The DMV also requires that a passing smog is performed prior to the transfer. Hello. Unfortunately only the DMV field offices provide disabled person placards.
They charge $50 for their service and DMV services around $175 plus taxes depending on how much you pay for the vehicle
Yes! If your parking/toll fine has been added to your registration you will be able to pay it. There are some instances where the citation will actually prevent you from paying with us. It’s rare but does happen. Please call us 510-586-0441 for more information. Please have your license plate number ready before you call.
