They seem to struggle with the concept of emailing receipts, even with all the necessary information at their disposal. Won’t stay there anymore as a result of this, just not convenient enough.

Walking distance to downtown. Very clean and nice rooms. The lobby was welcoming and comfortable.

Great facility, well located. Comfortable rooms as expected in this chain. I love the bed height (higher than usual) and it's pretty quiet (my room was street facing) given it sits at the corner of a very busy and large intersection.

Bed comfy. Disappointed no bfast, no swimming pool or hot tub. Could have found these amenities for a better price. And there was a sock on the floor.
