Can we just focus on the cloud like beds and pillows amazing soo comfy! Great hotel! Mini fridge microwave & coffee pot. Location is great too plenty of options within walking distance and an added bonus the hotel has a mini store that's great if you forgot your tooth brush and tooth paste like I did! Highly recommend!

I've had better stays at Motel 6! This place is the worst. Checking in the front desk argued that I did not have a reservation, then when he found it hesitated to accept my retired ID card for military discount. Red Lion does not respect the years I have given this country? Fine but don't advertise a "military discount." Big sign on desk says quiet hours are from 9PM-9AM. Kids would not stop screaming and running up and down the hallways so I called the front desk and asked if they would politely remind occupants others are trying to sleep. He said, "my clock says 8:59Pm so it's your problem." I asked for a manager and of course they never called back. Also the tub was broken but no calls returned to schedule a repair or exchange room. Expensive for the run down place that it is. Save your money and go elsewhere!

I this place has been great so far! The front desk workers have been extremely accommodating, they communicated our requests and needs to one another to make sure we didn’t have to have the same conversation (when their shifts had changed) for our request. Tracey especially, was super warm and inviting when we first got here and had a room ready for our early check in, we had only requested it an hour or two before via phone call to the overnight front desk receptionist, Gwen. The staff has been great so far, I’d recommend a stay here if your flying or driving into Boise.

The staff was great! We were driven by Grant back to the hotel and he couldn't be more welcoming and nice to us after our flight was rescheduled. We got checked in by Isabelle, who was super friendly and gave us recommendations for places to look around Boise. Tracy, the person who runs the hotel, is nothing but kind and sweet! Would absolutely come back for the clean rooms and wonderful staff 😊
