Clean and great customer service. It’s in walking distance to downtown and to local bars and restaurants. Parking is in a garage that does charge per day, not a big deal but something to share. I would certainly go back

Great hotel in a good location with wonderful staff! Rooms were really nice. Good laundry and fitness facilities. Food was great at breakfast.

The hotel staff were amazing! Call ahead to have the shuttle waiting for you at the airport. The shuttle driver/maintenance man, Steve, is the bomb! I don't know many hotels that will shuttle you to dinner so you don't have to pay for an uber. Anytime we needed anything, it was brought to us expeditiously and with a smile! I would not stay anywhere else in Boise!

My room smelled like a chemical dump. The amount of chemicals used was so overwhelming, I woke up at 4 a.m. with a splitting headache because of the chemicals. I’ve never packed up and left a room but I couldn’t stay in the room any longer. When I arrived at the front desk, the “hospitality” person was completely lacking in sympathy. I was told the hotel was completely booked (even through I overheard him tell the person he was training that there had been a no show). When I asked if he could help me get rebooked into another @hilton property he just stood there and said nothing. Only when his trainee appealed on my behalf did he try to come up with a solution that required me to sit in the lobby for an hour trying to function on three hours of sleep. I expect more from Hilton.
