I have all good things to say about this hotel from the rooms being clean, thank God no bugs!!! God I hate bugs but thankfully this hotel is a bug free zone, cable TV that actually works, unlike Motel 6 down the street where nothing works, shower has alot of water pressure which is very important to me, very nice pool which the maitnence guy always keeps clean. I could continue but there's one person name Rachel who works here who definitely is a huge asset to the hotel. Very helpful, extremely nice and has great work ethic and obviously loves people. She has definitely been a big help for me when I needed something printed out on my kap top. She figured it out for me. Whoever hired her deserves a medal. However, there is one guy who works here whose kinda short, black curly hair, looks Hispanic, maybe Indian, who knows but that guy is rude, cranky, and acts like he hates the world and don't like his job. In my opinion he's got no business working with people. He should be a security guard. When reading other reviews and people talking about an "unpleasant guy", I would bet it's him. He don't like people. Other than him, this hotel is a nice place to chill. Rachel rocks though. Give her a raise and a promotion.

I have no complaints about this place. This is not the newest hotel, but that can be a good thing. The pool is much bigger! The rooms were clean, the breakfast was OK. It’s pretty much across the street from the airport, and that might be helpful to some. The coffee was absolutely excellent! Better than in the last four hotels I have stayed in. It’s one of those fancy machines where you push the buttons and it grinds the beans of the brew that you have selected. I really like that! This hotel is probably a few dollars cheaper than the name brands down the street. I recommend it.

Mark, a staff member, is wonderful. He is enough of a reason to stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay and a different staff member was not helpful nor respectful… until Mark came along!! He was so helpful, caring, and really went the extra mile. This may be a “decent” hotel, but staff members like Mark make it great. Thank you again, Mark!

Very clean, updated room. Good location for airport or for jumping on the interstate, we attended a concert in Nampa it was a quick drive. Use a 3rd party app for better price. I liked that they held your credit card, but didn't charge and then reimburse, and all that biz. Comfortable beds, decent breakfast, Parking lot is small, so we couldn't park by our room by the time we got back from the show. All in all, good stay.
