Positive: The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no chair at the desk and the front desk brought one up right away. The price was reasonable Negative: A couple bags with groceries and hair products were left behind by a previous guest in the cupboard above microwave. The cleaning staff missed this?

The first thing that occurred in the room was when I tried to raise the shade only to have the chain fall down. I called maintenance (who cane quickly) and he was not able to fix it, but do a temporary fix. We stayed four nights and not once did we get fresh towels or have the trash emptied. The elevator was filthy - not cleaned either having the same stains for 4 days. I get we are still in a pandemic and staff is short, but come on…towels should be changed out and trash emptied at least every other day! And how about cleaning the elevators on the night shift?! The bed was comfortable, but the place is VERY NOISY!!!

Staff is incompetent. When I arrived they asked for a credit card specifically for incidentals since it had been paid for via a different company. I made sure of this and the person told me that they had already charged the company. Well it turns out she overrode that credit card and my card got charged with no receipt sent until I called and asked for one. The room was okay and clean enough. The common area for breakfast was grungy. Would stay somewhere else for the money.

y room had a smell of mold smell. Like it stunk. My husband got a headache. The floor had mudd stains as if it wasn’t cleaned. The shower was atrocious. The sink had fingerprints on the handle it wasn’t cleaned. I smell a sour smell by the headboard of the bed 🤢I’m really scared that We are sleeping in sheets that were not changed😭It was so grimy and dirty in the shower. I’m so annoyed I paid over $100 to stay at this place. We have been driving all day and have zero energy to go somewhere else. I will never stay here ever again. I work as a supervisor for a cleaning business and I know quite a bit and this room was not properly cleaned and the hotel management needs to address this.
