If they could keep up things inside of the apartments and when it snows scrape the driveways and sidewalks it would be 5 stars. My elderly handicapped grandma was stuck inside her apartment for 3 days bc it was too slippery for her to go out her door. And the maintenance man is never nowhere to be seen when needed. Other than that they are affordable income based and they even have handicapped apartments.

Yes they are income based apartments. And they are for people with a low income or fixed income.
They are diffrent prices and yes they are pet friendly very nice apptments.
