Fairfield bought Saddle Rock Apartments in January 2022.

We put an application in July 2021 and was told to call every week for availability. It is now almost October and spoke with several people including in the main office. Apparently employees are terrified of the boss. We were asked many. questions and finally she got the answer she was fishing for .They hand pick their tenants and are very, very discriminatory. Beware!! We withdrew our application. We do not want to be a part of a community like that. BEWARE!!

We needed a place to stay for a short duration. We have children and were pregnant at the time. We wanted a clean apartment near Sayville and decided on Saddlerock. Prior to moving in the entire apartment was renovated and painted. Community is gated. Very nice neighbors. Very clean and well maintained place. Snow removal exceptional. We moved from a house, to Saddlerock and back to a house. They even had storage units for reasonable prices for our extra stuff. It’s a great place with great people running it. You can tell they care.
