Hello Kevin, Thank you for your inquiry. Market Square Apartments is for ages 55 and older ONLY. The 1 BR Apartments range from $650 - $670 depending on your income. Maximum and minimum income limits are needed to be met to qualify. Thank you, again.

My roommate is 55 I will be 52 soon. We're trying to find a quite , affordable apartment. Live at Lincoln towers which is never quite and not affordable
