When I got there the rep was super respectful and knew exactly what size I needed based on the details that were given. Upon getting my unit I recieved a clean storage space and more space than I thought I was paying for, huge plus. They offer insurance for your valuables in case of any theft or rodent issues. (I can assure you there are no rodents, this place was very clean) when I arrived the dolly's were at the front door readily available to make storing your belongings that much easier. Finding my unit was fairly easy and I can tell it was secure, I triple checked the lock. The best part? Your first month of storage is free! You only pay the setup fees and insurance. This will likely be my go to storage facility from now on.

today terrible experience in customer service today in Fall River … I came to pay for my monthly space and the attendant left me waiting outside the door for more than 8 minutes in the sun and looking at me, until the moment came when a customer dissatisfied with the situation came to open the door that only opens from the inside for me.. she says her name is Amanda
