The inept customer service, the excuses, and the delays are unforgivable. My family was assured that my father's stone would be in place by the time cold cold weather set in. It won't be. I had to call several times for updates, and they didn't get back to us. Finally, after I was extremely firm, they agreed to give us a refund. We now have to wait until the spring--more than a year after my dad passed--to get a stone from another company. I do not recommend Rex Monuments Works.

You gotta go in. There are tons of options... Too many to list.

How does the ordering process work? do you pay up front? How long does it take from the time of order to the time of completion? Do you set it up at the cemetary?

You do pay up front, but they have payment plans. They don't start work until it's paid in full. They let you know when it's ready & set it up at the cemetery for you.
