I had never met Chet until after our floors were completed. I found his company on line and tead the reviews. I arranged the job months in advance during a planned vacation. Chet and I texted and spoke twice. He came when he said; did the job in 2 days and our floors are awesome. It was great coming back from vacation to a partially newer home. I was dreading a mess because everyone told me that had been their experience. Yes, there was dust, but nothing like I had expected. I will recommend him and Ace Quality Floors again and again!

Chet and the Ace flooring team did an amazing job repairing, sanding, and finishing the floors in our new house. The house and floors are 70 years old and we’re in good shape but the floor was covered in glue from old carpet, tons of staples, and some extensively damaged boards. Chet took a look and was unconcerned about all of it, gave me a quote for the work that day, and started and finished work the same week. He explained the options between water based and solvent based coatings, how any repaired boards would go, and what level of shine I wanted to use. He also gave me lots of information on the history of the house construction and how to care long term for the white oak and inlaid boarder on the floors. You can’t even tell there was damage to the floors, there was one board in particular that had termite damage that was simply cut out and replaced, you’d never know now! The house was also clean and pretty dust free when I came back after it was done. Quick and great work, highly reccomended!
