I have a friend who's being treated here. The place is really clean. They get you in at a timely manner. There have been a couple of mixups. Twice when they were going to do an MRI with contrast they neglected to provide the proper medication needed for the procedure. We had to reschedule two separate MRIs because of this. You think after the first time the second time they would remember or rectify the mistake of the first time. This was very disheartening and disappointing for my friend and I. We both made a special effort to be there on time and ready for the procedure. Which then we had to repeat the process two extra times. Not very efficient I would say.

Epic - No Care is what I like to refer to this place. It’s not the providers who are getting a 2 star review. It’s the front desk. Have you ever called in to make an appointment and you get put on hold -FOREVER. Have you just wanted to get a real person on the phone? Have you ever had an automated phone say that all receptionist are busy at the time, please leave a message. And then... the mailbox is full. Have you ever called and asked that your doctor or another health care provider call you back regarding tests and the front desk person gives you flack for asking “too soon” when you know the test results are in? Many times when I really needed health care advice, I felt like this facility was blocking me from care at the front lines. Yes, it’s easy to park. But think about it. Is that what will define your health care. They need a major training for how to deliver care. Care starts at the front desk and continues throughout the facility.

Always wait half an hour or more in order to see the doctor even if you have appointment. Waiting make me feel sick

Its not the way it should be anymore it takes, alot more time to just get appointments, mri's,cat scans that the doctors orders you just have to keep calling it is what is sorry
Im sure the people at Epic Care are very busy and don't really expect their calls or whatever to be that long. My mother has breast cancer and she always has to wait. But the people at Epic Care are very nice people!
That's a good question. While there's a lab on-site, it may be best to give them a call so that they can answer your question for sure. (510) 629-6682. Really nice people there!!
