I purchased a Martin 00-X1AE at Guitar Center (Emeryville, CA) but I highly doubt that's a counterfeit. 1. The seriel number doesn't exist on Martin official website. The model has retired in 2019, but the seriel # appears it was produced after 2021. 2. They labeled it "new", but there wasn't a single spec sheet or certificate from manufacturer when I purchased it in store. Not factory sealed. 3. When I went back to ask for an explanatin, they insisted it's a genuine guitar, but weren't able to provide any solid justification other than words. The manager was just passively standing there and saying “The only thing I can do is to return this for you.” In summary, I had a very unpleasant experience without satisfactory customer service provided. If words can count as certificate of product, I can open my own Martin guitar factory, right? I couldn't trust Guitar Center in selling genuine products anymore.

I rented a speaker and microphone at this Guitar Center for only $50 to DJ and small backyard function. The guys working there were super helpful and just being in the place put me in a good mood, honestly. Justin helped me with rentals. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve been here too many times where someone was working a department they didn’t know and had to wait on the one person who knew something who had ten people waiting on them. They show things online as in stock and never have it when I go to the store. It’s big Corp music store but at least staff it better or manage the staff better.

This guitar center is great. It's big and versatile and of course specializes in guitars. They have a lot of friendly and knowledgeable staff who are interested in the music and not just the upsell. I had a great experience here and consider it a great place to pick up a guitar and find a passion in music.

You can check on the guitar center website. I do not have the slightest idea. Deidre
As a suggestion, you should go to a Guitar Center store close to you, so you can replace with the correct battery pack type.
I think they have no problem doing that.
