I just had my first appt. I arrived early, encountered friendly and helpful office staff, and got called back and triaged well before my appt. time. The first person who did the intake of symptoms was very thorough and knowledgeable. The PA who saw me, Tricia Winters, was very good: compassionate, a good listener, knowledgeable, and quick. She had the 4 different skin issues I came in with diagnosed almost as soon as she saw me. Then she and her assistant, mentioned earlier, quickly moved to do a biopsy, remove my skin tags, give me samples of medications for my other conditions , and send off prescriptions to be filled. I was in and out in 40 minutes with so much having been accomplished in such a short time! I now wish I hadn't waited 13 years to see a dermatologist! Would highly recommend Vitalogy Skincare in Cedar Park.
