Came to an Airbnb at this apartment building after relocating to Arlington, loved the place and ended up signing the lease for over a year. Very centrally located. Good quality apartment building and good upkeep of fixtures along with modern fittings within the unit. Gym fairly well equipped as well, no swimming pool. Other common amenities include a large party room that can be rented out, bike storage space, bathrooms and lockers outside the gym, coffee machine, cyber room with a couple of PCs and a printer. Access the main entrance and all other areas with a key fob. Can use apps on your phone to access apartment unit and the elevator if you want to go keyless. Better to see the unit, storage cabinets, views, and the appliances in person. Also, lots of people in the building with pets. Good place to stay, little to complain here

I have lived here for 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about this apartment building! The location is in a nice area and I have always felt safe. Management is the best that I have ever encountered and are always prompt in communicating any events, repairs or updates. If I have ever needed a repair done it is always completed asap. Highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking to live in the Ballston area!

Megonut at the leasing office is absolutely incompetent and will give you a hard time in scheduling a simple tour. She refused to show the apartment at several occasions for no reasons.
