Horrible experience!!! Dropped my car off on a Thursday for alignment. Here it is Monday morning and I drive up to Byford and My CAR is sitting there with a HUGE dent and slash as if someone back into the driver door. Went and reported to son of owner and he said “wrecker” delivered over 5 cars over weekend and obviously the wrecker backed into it. I asked if any cameras on site and he said NO, asked him if he could help me pay for it since it’s on his property and HE was the one that parked it that way horizontally in FRONT of the bays and he said NO and asked him if he could help in any other way due to it being on his property AND he told me it was NOT his problem and to leave. My car is NOT drivable nor have I ever been to the town of MINEOLA and rudely said it was not his problem and to take it else where. So basically I had my car sitting there for 4 days on his property to be serviced and get a huge gash on driver door. I live 200 miles away and it was poring rain and he told me basically to leave cause yet again “it’s not his problem” OK so usually not a big deal but the rudeness and lack of totally not giving two ….about it was so uncalled for and extremely unprofessional and has is just NOT somewhere to go to have your car worked on if he can only say “it’s not my problem” and not even provide a courtesy call or estimated time if when he could do the alignment. I’m 200 miles away from home, having to miss work and soaking wet due to having to walk to yet another alignment facility close to town. One star is not valid cuz he gets zero for customer service and zero star for service. When I questioned him about what his father would say about the situation he told me that his father would be “way worse” about the situation. So clearly these guys only care about the local cop cars to fix and do not need any additional outside customers. Horrible experience.
