Two issues: - My upstairs neighbor blasts music at all hours of the day and sound really travels in this complex. If one of your neighbors is really loud with their music, be prepared to hear it and feel it. Literally, I can identify the songs and sing along if I wanted to. I get that's apartment living, dealt with it before, but I'm constantly annoyed by the loud bass music that never stops regardless of what I do. Doesn't matter if it's 8am on a Monday, noon on a Tuesday, whatever. I'm forgiving about excessive music on Friday or the weekend, but it's ridiculous during the week and during working hours. Just need to spend more time in the office and out of my unit, I guess. - My unit specifically has constant power outages. Nobody's really sure why. Granted, Lamar and the maintenance team are amazing guys and always on top of things. Couldn't have a better maintenance crew. Positives - Location is pretty solid. - Unit is really spacious - Got a good deal on rent - Amenities are always nice and clean - Staff is very nice, responsive and professional - Haven't checked out roof yet, but looks nice

We have been living at Ten at Clarendon for a month and a half and absolutely love it! We love our apartment's floor plan and the building itself is always very clean. There are many restaurants, bars, grocery stores and gyms at a walking distance. We are also less than a 5 minute walk to the Metro. The office staff, the concierges, and the maintenance staff are extremely nice and attentive and always make us feel welcome and happy with our decision to live here. Daneesha was very helpful and accommodating throughout our apartment search and leasing process. We toured (virtually) and signed our lease from out of state without any hesitation after all the positive communication and attention we received throughout the process. Daneesha made sure to answer all of our questions (and we had alot!) and she was always very kind when doing so. Without a doubt, I would recommend this apartment building to my friends and family.

I had the best experience here. The apartments are very modern and spacious. My leasing agent was Jada and she was the most delightful person. She was very knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 would recommend
