I'm a long time customer of Tick Tock Jewelers and I continue to be impressed by their knowledge, expertise and excellent customer service. I recently visited the store to buy a watch for my husband's birthday. Jeff passionately helped me with a gorgeous Hamilton Automatic Khaki Field Watch I had my eye on and ultimately bought. His knowledge and experience with watches is above and beyond what you'll find anywhere! My husband absolute loves the watch and there will definitely be additional purchases from Tick Tock Jewelers in the future!

My bf bought me earrings from here for Christmas for $85, I wouldn’t have paid $5 for them. They felt like plastic and are poor quality. The clasp is flimsy and the earring is cheap looking. I ended up exchanging the ones he bought me for a pair more my style which were just as cheap looking and feeling. I’m not an expensive jewelry type girl and would never spend this kind of money on earrings, but no refunds, store credit only.. Definitely a rip off.
