Was told they couldn't repair my device the first time. Bought a replacement. Second time my phone blew up (probably since it was refurbished by them), they didn't take responsibility so they urged me to buy a replacement. Went for a cracked back panel, said they couldn't fix. Urged me to buy a replacement. Left the store and Asurion fixed it for 130 in a few hours. Stop treating the people who give you your paychecks like cattle.

Depends on what type of damage, I brought them an iphone 8 that was submerged in a pool, they replaced it with a new one for about 200$ less, it's best to call them before going there
My phone wont charge and its on 1%, I thought the issue was my phone charger because i tried charging it up on my ipad and its works but i tried charging it up on my phone and it didnt work for that. What should i do

I have a iPhone 7 model and the voice microphone is not functioning properly, but the headset adaptor works and the blue tooth microphone works. When I get a phone call people cant here me talking but I here them Can the Microphone be repaired?

Technically speaking the company isn t supposed to do it. But usually you can find a Mexican or el Salvadoran that works for the company that seems to mysteriously have the equipment to do it and they usually want 45 to 60 in cash. It might be better to go online and figure it out.

I would make a Genius bar appointment. The genius bar handles repairs. You could also try walking in or talking to a sales representative.

If the phone is not properly reset, then your friend can access information. Do a factory reset on the device (Just Google it)
Rhetorical question, why is it nearly impossible to speak with a live staffer at the actual store I want to shop at, to simply ask if they have a product in stock?

I think it is better to give them a call, because sometimes managers are changing the rules based on the needs at their store. Maybe they are able to assist you.
