Nothing fancy. Has basic amenities (washer, dryer & showers) quiet park full of retired folks mainly. The main down side would be the train that is right in your back yard, during the day it’s not bad but when that midnight & 2am come blaring their horns it’s always a nice wake up call. Ha.

Just called to get prices and asked if they charge for an extra person for our 19yo daughter who has disabilities and the lady was very rude. Would never live here.

Very nice manager! She was very knowledgeable and very accommodating! The maintenance man works hard to keep the property clean and looking nice. So far so good at this RV park. They are picky regarding who stays so we have not seen any suspicious people there. Lots of retired folks. They all seem nice.

It's a nice place nice laundry and shower gravel pads but really not any huge standing water pools in spaces. Great price but no wifi and laundry prices are decent but only a couple of washer dryer sets.
