Stopped in to use the restroom and look around. The history of the library is nicely displayed and you can also buy an apple watch...if that's what you're after.

Upper level is Apple Store. Lower level features DC history. A third level above store: Don't know what's there.

I'm not sure I think it's 6 and up however call the office store to make sure
There isn't a direct line into the store. You can search on Apple.com for information on how to contact the store, but your best bet would be to go into the store.
I think it's open 6 days a week and the hours 10 am
Either in front of the library or at a nearby parking lot
