Car was not 100% clean (80-90) with the 14$ wash, but better than some other places I have visited. Would recommend this place.

I purchased the unlimited "works" package, the highest tier possible, today. After washing my car, I went to the gas station down the street, while pumping gas, I noticed the whole side of my car was still extremely dirty. I didn't even think of it and went back to the carwash (at this point maybe 10 - 15 mins have passed). I go back in line where I'm approached by one of the workers who tells me I can only use my unlimited package once a day (again, this is the first day I've purchased the pass, nowhere was this mentioned when I purchased it, event though the pass must be purchased with a worker). I showed him my car and said I was just here and the car isn't clean, hence the reason for my return (also the works carwash in general allows another cleaning up to 48 hours guarantee after the initial cleaning, even without the unlimited package). He repeated himself again, as did I, my car should be clean when exiting a carwash. He said he would do it, it's not an issue. I wait in line, when I enter the carwash, I'm approached by another worker there that continued to threaten to revoke my membership if I did this again. I told him I was just here and the car isn't clean, this was also my first time using the pass and was just made aware of this situation and to not threaten me again. He got agitated to the point where I just rolled up my window to stop the interaction. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN! Train your workers to handle situations differently.

Horrible wash! Are they using cold water? My car came out with tons of caked on snow and ice. When going through the dryer ice from the top of my car was breaking off and flying all over. Also the car was still dirty. Super disappointed. Also I assure you this wasn't "new" built up snow as I didn't drive through any on my way home.

Fair. Thought the car would be cleaner. Paid for the $6 wash. I tried to show in pics, but didn’t show up too well. System to pay and get through the wash went smoothly.

Yes it has all the options, the underwash is part of the package.
I don't think they do detailing all I know it's a good place to get your car washed and vacuum out you would have to ask the staff about that
On some vehicles we can place the sticker on the bottom side of your drivers mirror. However, the sticker does have to be attached to the car.
Yes, all major credit cards
Yes, when you purchase our works car wash your receipt will have a barcode on it. Return within 48 hours with the same vehicle and scan it at our pay station and it will give you the option for a free basic wash or you can upgrade to the works again for $5.00.
You can fill out an application at the site.
We can fit up to a 12” tire. 12.5” may cause your truck to jump the roller.
We don’t have anything online, however if you pull up to the office before entering the pay station one of our attendants will be more then happy to explain your options. Our VIP Card works like a debit card to our establishment and give you a $1.00 discount off of each wash. Or we have an unlimited monthly program that you pay one price per month for unlimited washes for a specific vehicle. Prices range from $17.99-$29.99 per month depending on which package you choose.
Usually they want something in writing a month in advance but if you go down there and the managers there he can do it on site
Select the “Unlimited “ button at the Pay station and an employee will come out sell you into the unlimited program. The unlimited club does have a minimum of 31day in the program before you can cancel the subscription.
We use a combination of low pressure and high pressure for a compete cleaning. Our wash is 100% safe for your paint and seals
No
Yes they do, and they even take Android Pay (Soon to be Google Pay) / Apple Pay via NFC enabled phones / watches. You pay at a terminal that kind of looks like an ATM. There is no person handling money / your CC. It's all done by you through a touchscreen machine.
