I’ve purchased a lot of phones and IPad from this store. I have had issues but every time I go there (4 times) there’s an out to lunch sign on the door? I ran into the manager today as he was putting up the sign. He told me to take my issue to Small Dog Electronics as his pregnant girlfriend was waiting for him. UPDATE WARNING!! : it has been a month since I wrote the above. These guys were very nice as they added a new phone line and I found out today my bill is $45 more. I called AT&T and my service was upgraded to Elite. This was all done WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. There is no store phone number to call I found out as well.

I had an excellent experience with caleb today. Very knowledgeable and kind. I've had many experiences with cellphone stores and this visit was by far the most swift and pain-free. I definitely recommend this store to anybody that doesnt want to wait in a long line just to receive poor service.
