if i could rate this 0 stars i would. my bus was supposed to bring me from burlington to boston. depart time was 10:50, the bus did not arrive till 12:50. the drivers were a mess, the stops took unusually long, and i didn’t end up getting to boston until 8:40 and i was originally supposed to get there at 5:10. 3 and a 1/2 hours late is unacceptable.

Well their hours of operation changed. As i arrived i had to wait from 8am till 1030am just to pivk up a ticket. It was already been paid for. The guy on duty arrived at 9ish. And all he had to do was print the ticket. He refused and made us wait till 1040am. Service is not professional at all.

Three days tried to talk to someone at the ticket counter but no one was ever there. All the other car rental counters, etc. around laughed when I asked if anyone is ever on duty over there at greyhound. Then some mentally deficient driver showed up. He was rude and apparently stupid. He told me they were at lunch but wouldn't make eye contact or even listen to a question. Greyhound blows.
