Its a very rocky trail, but just go slow and steady to get to the top if youre a beginner. Definitely, definitely, definitely worth the hike though. The temperature is significantly cooler, bring layers. $5 (cash) for self parking. But if you bring some lunch, it would be a great day excursion. However, make sure you use the restroom before going, the port-a-johns are pretty awful.

Absolutely breath taking hike, it is a must if you are in the area. We drove from Denver and it was only about an hour away. Man was it worth it! The hike itself was only about a mile up the Mountain, it was a few really rocky places but very doable.

Super cool place to visit. Great area on top of the hill to just chill and relax. Also if you are visiting. Take your time walking up and down. The thin air will get to you. Bring a large bottle of water no matter they time of year
