I have been moved to tears with one employee that is so inpatient with me. People need to be kind in this world. This has happened on more than one occasion. I get my head chewed off for not articulating my needs in a perfect manner. Definitely have a clash of personalities. I fear calling on days that I’m already maxed out

The driver's all answer my directional question's. I ask for the next or best bus to ride to my destination. I am happy to be at Chico the kneeling bus is Rolling with the times.

Weird. Because my driver not only had his own mask but insisted all riders keep them on the entire ride. And I had to go get one from the booth because I forgot mine.
Times for all buses are on the website and the transit center. You can also see them on Google maps that can tell you more specific if you put where you want to go.
