Got a surprise congratulatory new job cake for my partner and he LOVED IT. We were able to find his favorite, key lime, and the cake was delicious, beautifully decorated, and held up well throughout the week in the fridge. Amazing customer service from getting pricing and landing on a design plan to picking up and adding a little wording last minute. Great price, will absolutely be recommending and purchasing from here in the future!!

They are very easy to work with. I had to adjust my pick up time , 3 different times. The we're very understanding and patient. The cake got several compliments at the restaurant were I gave it to my wife. It is exactly what I asked for and beautifully done. The taste is better than the appearance! Thank you !!!!!

Went to Gayla's today for the very first time. I chose the "German Chocolate" and the "Death by Chocolate" cupcakes. Both were fantastic. The death by chocolate is the winner. How does one make a cupcake this perfect? It is not overbearingly sweetened at all but somehow lacks nothing as far as flavor goes. The cake was soft and the icing fresh. I loved it. I chose a Buckeye Brownie for my coworker and he devoured it saying it was the best brownie ever. It was huge! And finally my other coworker chose a "Banana Cream" cupcake. For one who does not eat much, she devoured it and has raved about Gayla's and is the whole reason I wanted to try it. Very pleased with everything. Price is unbeatable as well. I am a baker and I do not know how Gayla has figured out how to keep her prices so affordable and deliver such a fantastic product. Well done and thank you.

We have consistently gone to Gaylacake for all of our cake and cookie needs for the last 3 and a half years. Gayla and her team never fail to deliver exactly what we want! This year, a celebration we had was EXTRA special and they went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.
