Our group wanted to rent the shelter at the park. I called the day before twice and left a message and received no return call. Today I called and someone picked up. It was like I woke the lady up when I called at 8am. I asked if she managed the park to which her reply was yes. I asked about renting the shelter and she just hung up the phone. I am not sure what they are managing if they are unwilling to rent their pavilion or even talk.

Secluded and well maintained. Often very few people there, it makes it feel like you have the whole park to yourselves. Family friendly hiking trails and a lake

Nice park. Very well maintained and clean. The lake is nice and clean as well. Definitely a great spot to check out to try out the trails and do a little fishing.
