Ordered on the McAlisters app like we always do, I showed up 30 minutes after placing the order that said 20 minute wait. The girl at the pickup window wasn’t very friendly and informed me that they were out of the carrot cake (not the first time) so I asked if I could do the chocolate cheese cake for a substitute (like what normally happens) and she rolled her eyes and said let me check if we have it. Disappointed in the overall service, it’s normally outstanding however this time I was let down.

The person that took my order was rude. She said she was really really tired. When I got my food my bag was leaking. She said there's nothing in here to leak and she handed it back to me. I told her the bottom was falling out of the bag and I needed a new bag. She acted like I was putting her out but she did it. Turns out it was pickle juice from inside the sandwich in the bag that was leaking.
