Since I travel weekly for work I try and stay at Hampton Inns so I can get some points. I have been mostly satisfied with my stays with one exception. Their rates are becoming so high that myself and my colleagues are starting to stay elsewhere. It is hard to find a room at Hampton for under 150.00. Its usually closer to 200.00 or higher. I stayed here for this week because my stay was only 3 days but the bill was over 650.00. As bad as I hate to do it I am going to have to look at other options in regards to lodging, it is getting out of hand.

Very awful experience. Can't believe it's a Hilton property. Such uncomfortable beds. Having so much backache. No garbage bags. Blinds were not working. Complimentary breakfast was a joke. Please do not stay here. Had the worst stay here!!!

This was definitely not worth the money I ended up paying. One of the staff was rude/uncaring of our issue at check in, the pullout couch was broken and there was no one there to fit it and there as no shampoo in the room at all. UPDATE: The property manager responded here and refunded my stay. That was more than ex I expected but greatly appreciated. I have changed my star review to reflect the Managers care for good service and a good stay.

My experience at this particular hotel was outstanding! I was here for one night on business. It's very clean and the rooms are spacious. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's conveniently situated between a Cracker Barrel restaurant and a Texas Roadhouse. It's in a low traffic area yet very conveniently located to great shopping as well! In true Hampton Inn style, this hotel will not disappoint you!
