There are a few things that were irritating with spending 115 dollars a night. One of the beds had sheets on the bed that were worn and had sheet balls on them (bumpy sheets). Many of the outlets in our room were too loose to plug anything into. They just fell out. They need replaced so the plug would fit tighter. I went to the gym and the air was not on, no cups for water, no towels for sweat, and the TV did not work. They had to come in and fix the TV and get a different remote then I had to turn the remote in at the desk. Just a little awkward when all you wanted to do is workout. Breakfast was the same thing every morning. Pancake machine was broken of course. Just a little bit of everything was disturbing. It was basically a place to lay our head down.

We stayed here for two nights for a wedding. The location was convenient to get to and from the wedding. The first night our tv remote didn't work. I took it to the front desk and they didn't have any extra batteries, so she replaced them with the batteries from the lobby remote, which was awesome! The second day our room was cleaned at 11am. I took a shower at 11:30 am after I dropped my husband off to get ready with the groomsmen and someone from the hotel staff opened the door and walked into our room. I heard voices over the shower, but they left quickly...probably once they heard the shower running. They left the door ajar when they left my room, so I knew someone had been there, even though I didn't see anyone. I mentioned it to the front desk, who said they would let management know. Nothing came of it. Both nights the people above us stomped around, and the people next to us let the door slam on the latch every time they went in and out. The pool area was so hot you broke into a sweat after walking in, and the water was too warm. Felt more like a hot tub. Breakfast was decent. The waffle maker was out of order both days, but they had biscuits, gravy, sausage patties and links, scrambled eggs, omelettes, fruit, yogurt, and cereal to choose from. Luckily we weren't at the hotel much due to the rehearsal dinner and wedding, but I'm not sure that I would stay here again after the shower incident.

We had a horrible stay here. No hot water the first night, no elevator the second day and the beds are absolutely horrible. Plus you hear Everything from the rooms next door and especially above. Never , never again. I can't move because of how bad the beds are. I wasn't expecting 5star but I expected a good night's sleep .

Facility great, staff pleasant... 1 star, due to room walls and floors being thin. Sleep interrupted all night through early morning. The room (people) above me seem to power walk for over 4.5 hours and you can every step in my room. Keeping me up til 0100. Finally fed up, I called the front desk via personal phone (no front desk # listed on room phone). Front desk staff noted "we have thin floors, there's nothing we can do". If a good night's rest is important to you and/or if you're a lite sleeper please don't stay here.
