This is a beautiful facility and the food is excellent. The service we have experienced has been extremely poor. Rooms not ready or cleaned appropriately upon arrival. Inadequate towels, service in restaurant or bar. Only one working elevator and the option of having room refreshed, just taking out trash and clean towels was not offered or available when we asked. Management phone call placed regarding concerns and no return call. For the cost, I would strongly consider staying elsewhere. If you do stay here you will get to practice patience and grace.

Outstanding work they did for all of us, then the morning breakfast was wonderful, pancakes made to order as well as the omelets, gym, pool, near by most places. Service was great, they took care of you right on the spot to make sure it was done right. Thank you for hosting us and takeing care of us would love to be back again.

Our first stay in a Double tree by recommendation was less than satisfying in Evansville. For a room that was nearly $200 a night ,I would have expected the rooms to be nicer, AND have a microwave. Yes, they do not have microwaves in the rooms. You have to go to the lobby and use theirs. I've stayed in Hampton Inns that had much nicer rooms. Secondly, be prepared to pay $15 a day for parking in the garage because there is no other parking close by. Third, I would highly recommend going somewhere else for breakfast . You get a $15 per person credit if your a gold or diamond member. But for what they charge for their typical hilton breakfast, you can get more for your money somewhere else. They charge almost $30 a person for breakfast. For what your paying already to just stay there and park . The breakfast should be free. It's the exact same breakfast options as you get at the Hampton inns. But at least it's free there. Will not stay at another double tree again. You get more for your money at a Hampton Inn. Don't let the picture of the pool area fool you. Their pool is nothing like in the picture .

This place is super super clean. We were suppose to stay at the Hilton garden inn on the east side and boy was it nasty when I looked at the mattresses 🤮. So, we checked out and came to the double tree Hilton. I immediately stripped the bed and it was PERFECT! Not a stain anywhere. The entire room was clean. The entire building was crisp clean. The manager was super nice. No urine or blood on their beds like the garden inn. This is centrally located and tons of stuff to do that is walking distance. This is probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in as far as cleanliness. I wish I could give them more stars, because they are doing it right!
