We arrived very late to find that 1/2 of the parking lot was closed for resurfacing. The gentleman at the desk "Dewan" explained that they were sold out and that parking was in various spots. I was not a happy camper but unloaded and started to back out to find parking. Dewan came out and gave me his parking spot. He was positive through out our conversation and he made my day by that act of kindness. He is the kind of person that you hope is managing his own business someday. Marriott should invest in him.

Positive: It was a nice hotel. Negative: Staff need training on customer service. Especially in the area of interacting and dealing with guests children.

Ok, we have a block set of rooms for a reason. (Soccer tournament) come to check in and most rooms are not ready, we are spread all over the place, and 1 of the rooms was SUPPOSEDLY ready and when the family went into the room it was dirty and mess..... towels on floor, trash everywhere, bed destroyed. Not good!! A little miscommunication here. Family of 6 had reserved a 2 bed room and when they got their room assigned they were given a king bed.... I don't think that covers it!!! Be careful with the pool... definitely have to watch the kids because it's so small and gets over crowded after 10 people.

The staff here is EXCELLENT! check out the amazing breakfast made with love by the warm and engaging Miss Pat - you won’t be disappointed! Kathy & Shannon at the front desk make you feel like home. DeJuan in facilities is great & the entire housekeeping staff is wonderful. Clean and super friendly! Loved my stay.
