Bed bugs. I got bed bugs. Their reply to me bringing up this issue to them? "Every hotel has them." -Jeff the maintenance man However not EVERY hotel has them. I've worked in plenty. How they 'treat' this problem? Seeing as it's been issues before over months/years. "We shut down the rooms that have them and treat that room." -also Jeff the maintenance man They don't close down the place to treat for them, just the rooms they were spotted in. They are not fully aware that you have to shut down everything and treat the entire place when they are this bad and consistent. They spread in the walls and floors (because it is two stories). The front desk people are either on their phones all the time or not even at the desk. Also, can't tell you how many times I seen him/them (more than one) go to the bathroom and not wash their hands (door was propped open for cleaning) and go right back to the front desk and touch stuff or going back to the kitchen to handle food. Yes, if you've eaten the food here, there is a great possibility that the food you ate was touched by someone who touched their privates to use the restroom and never washed them. Same with all the hotel card keys as well as any cash. They refuse to acknowledge that they actually have an issue, and tried to get me to *not* tell the other guests when I did see them. Why isn't this place shut down when there are so many health code violations?!

I was going to give this place a decent review but after being charged for bleeding on the sheet after I started my period was by far the worst. Not only that they decided to question me about the blood in the lobby and over the phone on 3 different occasions. I have been traveling for over 5 years and have never once been made to pay for sheets if lord forbid my period came when not scheduled. I will be telling all my travel friends and family to NEVER stay here!!! I was planning on staying for the entire 8 week contract but I'll stay somewhere not so outdated, cleaner and nicer!! I have stayed in some really bad places and have NEVER been treated this way!!!!

I had read reviews that weren't very positive, when expressing those concerns the guy at the front counter was very reassuring and even let us check the room before paying. He asked if we did see anything concerning to please let him know so they could get it fixed quickly. I asked what if we find something after paying? His response was thet he would either fix it, let us change to a different room, or even reimburse us the full amount, which ever option we chose. We were very pleased with the staff! They were courteous and accommodating! We asked for extra pillows and towels and were promptly given them. The room was acceptable. We did notice that it could use a thorough deep clean as the corners do have a little build-up from dust and behind the furniture but really other than that we were satisfied. We appreciated that there was fresh fruit (mandarin oranges and apples) offered for breakfast too. We will definitely choose to stay here again when in town! And we very much appreciated that we were able to check the room before booking it. That alone really stood out to us! I would recommend staying here.

The hotel is kept very clean and everything went smooth from check-in to check-out. There are a lot of employees working at this hotel which just shows how much the owner cares about guest satisfaction. I've stayed at multiple hotels in the area but this is one of the best! Will be back next week.
