Had bugs in our room, notified staff and she got some raid and sprayed and it still didn’t help. They moved us to another room upstairs and that wasn’t much better, found a spider sitting on our lumpy comforter. In both rooms dust on lamps, and more. The tv screen must have been wiped with the wrong kind of rag, it was all smeared. The corners needed cleaning better. Bathtubs we’re both slippery. The only good thing was staff was very friendly. Food wasn’t hot.

Nice hotel. Rooms spacious but they could stand to be vacuumed more often. The hotel itself was quiet but the rooms on the back side are close to the freeway so lots of traffic noise. Would recommend getting a room on the front side of the building if possible. Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating.

Dont stay here i paid 133 dollars with my card for the first day i paid 116 in cash for my second day i checked out and they charged my card for a extra 266.80 im pressing charges through EPD because i called them and apparently the GM approves of employee’s stealing customers money. Not to mention my kids got ate up by bed bugs. So yeah enjoy your stay.

Positive: Clean room and free breakfast. Nice staff. Negative: Get the smokers away from the front walk-in!!!!! Every time I walked in and out of the hotel, I was greeted with cigarette smoke from employees and guests seated/standing right beside the door. Make the front door a non-smoking area!
