The furniture from Bob's Furniture is good quality. I was skeptical at first; however here I am again buying furniture from there a second time. The customer service is impeccable, as soon as I walked in received help. Davis was extremely patience with us, since we could not make up our minds. Even though he was helping another family, we never felt rush. I definitely provided us with quality customer service. Which can make an impacting difference.

Got the beat deal . Delivery guys are awesome. Delivery was on exact day and time . I guess 59$ for delivery just threshold (dropoff inside through first door ) with assembly (90$). I don’t need that it was just four legs for my sofa . Customer service is amazing. For delivery person they called 2 minutes before arrival and then dropped it inside my living room. Best thing they took off the shoe before stepping on my carpet and were wearing mask .

I was treated at BOB'S wonderful and they try not follow you when you are looking around because they want to give customers space. They are not rude because they work hard for their money. They just give you space to prevent the customer to feel pressure to buy furniture. I went to VALUE CITY and they were super friendly. They have a sinister agenda, they don't deliver pass three floors. They will not tell you, I gave VALUE CITY my floor number they took my money and the day of the delivery they told me that they don't deliver to the 7th floor. They took my sofas back and then have to wait 7 days to get my money back. The delivery guys were disrespectful, creepy and I will never buy nothing from that store. Their friendly smile was pure deception because they deliver to a low floor before in this building. They know the rules, a tenant told that they have to carry their furniture by themselves. They were expecting that for me to do. I pay 150.00 for delivery for nothing.
